For the last few months I’ve been popping up to the Rock on the Waterhills at Caistor and following the progress of Hazel and the Caistor Lions as they develop a community allotment using permaculture as a method of land management.
Permaculture engages with natural ecosystems and principles in fields such as regenerative agriculture, rewilding, and community resilience. The team tend to meet up on a Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10.30am to develop the allotment, and very welcoming to anyone interested in finding out more.
