Valentine’s supper at Arts and Heritage Centre

Event: Valentine’s Supper, Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre, Saturday, February 14, 7.30-10pm:
IF YOU are planning a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day, you might wish to consider booking in at Caistor’s Arts and Heritage Centre.
Chef Penny Finley is whipping up a three-course meal and there will be entertainment by solo female vocalist “Robyn’s Journey” on the night.
The Valentine’s Supper is the first in a series of “Biblioteque” events planned for the centre. Although some of the couples might be pre-occupied with each other on Valentine’s Day, the general aim of the supper nights will be to allow people to mingle and enjoy a relaxed dinner-party atmosphere.
It is hoped the Biblioteque nights will be held once a month and include a three-course meal with entertainment for £25 per head. Guests would have the option to bring their own alcohol, with a corkage charge of £1 per head.
The meal on Valentine’s Day will include French Onion Soup with Gruyere Crouton; Beef Bourguignon, Winter Root Vegetable and Puy Lentil Casserole, Boulangere Potatoes; and Flambe Crepe Suzette, Caramelized Oranges with Cointreau.
To book, call Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre on 01472 851605.
