by Jessie M J Wall

On the final day of Caistor In Bloom’s Open Gardens Weekend, our photographer Stewart Wall went out to capture more images of our town’s beautiful gardens. Garden owners said that there were many more visitors today than yesterday.

Well done for another good junior report and well done to the 20 gardens that opened up.
There’s not many places that can feature so many great gardens as Caistor, and at £5.00 for a full afternoons entertainment is a bargain in anyone’s book.
There are many more gardens that don’t or can’t open and are hidden out of sight but are equally fantastic and a credit to their owners as well.

Not forgetting all the visitors who’s contributions will go to a worthy cause, The British Red Cross!
Homemade cream scones, tea/coffee at Aqua Dell made a wonderful £133.00 which will go to Macmillan Cancer Trust and Caistor in Bloom.
