Two curious looking circular dishes appeared on the wall behind Caistor Multi-Use Centre (the former magistrates court) this week.

Jonathan Willson, a manager with renewable technologies company Scenergy, which fitted them, is seen with the charging points.

Where are the cars to be charged up.
You cannot have one without the other Mike.
I think this is a brilliant plan. Electric vehicles for local journeys make enormous sense and we have to do whatever we can to reduce pollution. Good progress is being made in battery design and to have this facility available locally is a great initiative. Who pays for the use of the recharging points? How can they be marketed? Well done Jonathan
